Ponderosa & Slate "Rustic"

Ponderosa has the rustic look of a split cedar roof but with the longevity, weather protection, and fire resistance of a tile roof.  A staggered bottom edge further increases the aged look of the roof. Ponderosa & Slate are complementary to many styles of architecture, such as Prairie, Craftsman, and Bungalow.

Trust, but verify. This a proverb we’ve taken to heart since day one. We routinely pull tiles from batches and have them sent to confirm the manufacturer’s performance claims. The standards of testing we achieve ensure the maximum life expectancy of the materials, regardless of climate. Our roofs will outlast the homes they are installed on and may go on to second lives as materials used for repair.

Impact: Class 3 & Class 4
Energy Star: Concrete tiles are Energy Star Rated.
Title 24:Concrete and some clay are Title 24 certified.
Cool Roof: CRRC Certified.
LEED: Some products quality for LEED points.

Are tiles safe to use in Canada?

WARRANTY: Our concrete tiles are backed by a no questions asked lifetime transferable warranty. As long as your home stands, the roof is protected.

TESTING: All concrete tiles are tested against the CSA 220 and ASTM 1492 for durability in our climate. Our tiles meet all known building codes.
